For once, I am wordless. I could chatter about weight = losses and gains...my attempts to exercise and the high price I pay in pain. I could talk about how I've been struggling spiritually...need to pray and get in the Word and just haven't. But nothing appears on my mental landscape that invites exploration or conversation. So I will leave you with a greeting and a promise to return as soon as I have something to say.
